GriefShare: Support for those Grieving
Our current 12 week session of GriefShare began on September 2, 2020 and runs on Wednesday nights from 6:30 – 8:30 pm through November 18, 2020.
We are currently planning to have classes in person with COVID-19 precautions. If the need arises, we will move to online sessions. Please click here to access the schedule of classes.
**If you need support between sessions, please contact Sarai Kretschman, Pastoral Care Assistant, at (763-788-9427) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org).**
At St. Matthew, we recognize that grief upon the death of a loved one is a most painful and often lonely experience. Many people have found it helpful, when adjusting to such a deep loss, to talk about this with others who are experiencing grief as well.
If you have someone that you would like to receive a personal letter of invitation to the GriefShare program or if you have concerns about your grief or the grief of someone close to you, please contact Pastor Hugo or Sarai Kretschman.
Each topic is self contained so you do not have to attend in sequence and includes a brief video seminar, followed by supportive group discussion. Please call or email Sarai if you have any questions.
You may go to the GriefShare website for other wonderful resources and additional locations (some online) and class times being offered in your area. www.griefshare.org
