GriefShare: Support for those grieving
The next Grief Support Group being offered at St. Matthew Lutheran Church has begun and runs through November 14. You may go to the GriefShare website for other wonderful resources and additional locations and class times being offered in your area. www.griefshare.org
Our next 12-week session begins on Thursday, January 24. Please note that this session will be during the day. At St. Matthew: Thursdays, 12:30-2:30 pm.
The class is open to anyone that has experienced the death of a loved one.
Sessions generally run on Wednesday evenings for 12 weeks from 6:30-8:30pm.
Each topic is self contained so you do not have to attend in sequence and includes a brief video seminar, followed by supportive group discussion. Please call or email Kathy if you have any questions.
Cost is free, but pre-registration is required by contacting the church office at 763-788-9427 or emailing Kathy Rosenberg, Parish Nurse, at kathy.rosenberg@stmatthew-
We look forward to offering our support in your journey of Grief.
